Wine in Wales?

Well, global warming has to have some advantages, eh? One is that wine grapes are growing well ever further north, even in the United Kingdom.

There was even a Welsh Wine Week in late May/early June this year! Vineyards from both north and south Wales participated — some making their first forays into wine production and others more established.

Look for a repeat performance next year.
